Lifestyle Woodlea $1,000 Referral Promotion T&Cs

  1. Promoter: Lifestyle Communities®, Level 5, 101 Moray Street, South Melbourne VIC 3205
  2. Participants: The following two groups of participants are permitted to participate in this Promotion: a) Referring Participants; and b) Referred Participants. Each Participant must have prior permission from the other Participant to share their details (name, email and phone number) before registering for the Promotion.
  3. Promotion period: Referrals must be registered via the Lifestyle Communities® Sales Team/Community Managers between 28 May 2024 – 30 June 2024.
  4. How to participate: To participate in Lifestyle Communities Woodlea $1,000 Referral Promotion, each Referring Participant must, during the Promotional Period, (a) refer a new customer to the Promoter via our Lifestyle Communities® Sales Team/Community Managers, invite your friend or family member to the community and introduce them to the Lifestyle Communities® Sales Team/Community Manager and fill out the manual form (available from the Community Manager) and introduce them to the Lifestyle Sales Team/Community Manager; your Sales Consultant will make note of the Referral and enter into Lifestyle Communities® referral system.
  5. A Referred Participant must not be an existing customer of Lifestyle Communities® nor an existing member of the Lifestyle Communities® contacts.
  6. Referral incentives will only be issued once the new homeowners have completed their agreement signing & settled.

Westfield Fountain Gate Referral Program T&Cs

  1. Program Overview: The "Refer a Friend or Loved One" program (referred to as "the Program") is organised by Lifestyle Communities® and applies at the Fountain Gate store.
  2. Eligibility: The Program is open to all individuals who refer a friend or loved one to the Fountain Gate Lifestyle Communities® store. The referred individual must then make a home purchase through Lifestyle Communities® at the Fountain Gate store.
  3. Reward: Upon completing a home purchase by the referred individual, the referrer will receive a $1,000 Westfield Voucher as a token of gratitude for their referral.
  4. Program Duration: The Program is currently ongoing and is subject to change at the discretion of Lifestyle Communities®.
  5. How to Participate: To participate in the Program, the referrer must scan the QR code, provide their details, and submit the details of the friend or loved one being referred to the Fountain Gate store and Lifestyle Communities®. Referred individuals must not be current Lifestyle Communities® customers or part of their existing contacts.
  6. Redemption: The $1,000 Westfield Voucher will be given to the referrer once the referred individual settles into their new home.
  7. General Terms: The Program is subject to availability and may be altered or cancelled by Lifestyle Communities® at any time. Lifestyle Communities® reserves the right to modify the Program Terms and Conditions as needed. The Westfield Voucher is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and holds no cash value.

Safe Move In Guarantee T&Cs

  1. The Safe Move-In Guarantee applies to new homeowners of Lifestyle Communities who have signed a purchase agreement for a property within a Lifestyle Community between DATE A and DATE B.
  2. The Safe Move-In Guarantee covers situations where the available settlement date is delayed beyond the agreed-upon settlement date, which is communicated in the email with subject title: 💌 INSIDE: Your Lifestyle Home Settlement Date.
  3. Lifestyle Communities will arrange accommodation options at Club Lifestyle or in the homeowners' local area in case of a settlement delay, subject to availability and the value of $X.
  4. Lifestyle Communities will cover any storage costs resulting from the settlement delay up to a predetermined limit of $X.
  5. The Safe Move-In Guarantee is valid for a specified period from the date of the signed purchase agreement, as outlined in the terms and conditions provided to the homeowner. Do you know if this correct terminology is correct? Where is the settlement meet date mentioned in our contracts?
  6. The Safe Move-In Guarantee will come into effect when Lifestyle Communities notifies you of any settlement delays and provides the necessary documentation, including accommodation confirmation and storage unit address.
  7. Lifestyle Communities reserves the right to determine the eligibility of settlement delays and the extent of coverage under the Safe Move-In Guarantee.
  8. The Safe Move-In Guarantee is non-transferable.
  9. Lifestyle Communities may revise or terminate the Safe Move-In Guarantee with prior notice to homeowners.
  10. By accepting the Safe Move-In Guarantee, homeowners acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
  11. Please note that Lifestyle Communities may update these terms and conditions as necessary.

Feel Like a Winner Every Day at Lifestyle Communities Business Development Promotion T&Cs

  1. The "Feel like a winner every day at Lifestyle Communities" promotion is open to individuals aged 50 and over attending a "Lifestyle Communites Partnered Club". One entry per person.
  2. By providing your details via the QR code and/or filling in the raffle form, you agree to our Privacy Policy and understand that you may be contacted for marketing purposes.
  3. The prize is a one-week, all-inclusive Motorhome holiday valued at $5,000.
  4. The promotion commences at 8 am on 30th April 2024 and concludes at 6 pm on 30th June 2024.
  5. The prize draw will occur on 1st July 2024 at Lifestyle Communities.
  6. The winner will be notified by telephone and email on 1st July 2024.
  7. The winner will be the first person chosen from the draw. The Promoter’s decision is final.
  8. Directors, management, and employees of Lifestyle Communities are not eligible to enter the competition.
