As part of the land lease model, Lifestyle Communities charges a Weekly Site Fee to homeowners. This ongoing payment allows for maintenance and running costs of the community.

Plus, if you’re eligible for the Age Pension or other eligible government payments, you may be entitled to Rest Assistance through the Federal Government to help support this recurring cost.

Typically, when living outside a Lifestyle Community, you will have many smaller costs to account for, such as a gym membership, sports club memberships, pool access, cinema visits, gardening maintenance and more. You might even have your own pool that is expensive and time consuming to maintain. While individually, these costs might seem small, roll them up & they’re eating into your monthly expenses.

As a perk of community living, you will have access to all these facilities, maintained for you by Lifestyle Communities, for a simple fee. View our facilities
