Game of Chance - Gift Card Promotion Terms & Conditions
- Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 50 years or over who reside in Victoria or plan to reside in Victoria.
- Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
- Entries into the promotion open on 22 May 2025 and close at 5:00pm AEST on 23 May 2025(“Promotional Period”).
- To enter, entrants must undertake the following steps during the Promotional Period:
- Obtain an official Lifestyle Communities entry form. Entry forms can be obtained through various options including but not limited by visiting a Lifestyle Community or a Lifestyle Communities event or open day;
- Complete the entry form in full; and then
- Return the entry form as instructed.
- The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
- Entries received will be considered final by the Promoters. Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, erroneous, illegible, inappropriate, offensive or incomprehensible or which infringe intellectual property rights will be deemed invalid.
- Only one (1) entry is permitted per person.
- If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
- The draw will take place at Lifestyle Communities, Level 5, 101 Moray Street, South Melbourne VIC 3205 on 27th May at 11:00am AEST. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn. Winner/s will be notified within seven (7) days of the draw. Winners details are Dean Shannon & Jill Gray.
- The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The competition is a “Game of Chance” and there is no skill in determining the winner/s.
- The first two valid entries drawn will each win Visa Gift Card valued at AUD $100.
- The next two valid entries drawn will each win Visa Gift Card valued at $100.
- Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the gift card are not included. Any unused balance of the gift card will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of the gift card is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the gift card.
- Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take a prize (or part of a prize) at/by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that part of the prize) will be forfeited.
- If any prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
- Winner/s will be required to collect their prize from Lifestyle Ridgelea, 65 Botanical Blvd, Nar Nar Goon, 3812.
- Winner/s are responsible for ensuring that all prize delivery details provided are correct. The Promoter will not be liable for any costs associated with re-delivery of a prize, should the delivery details provided by a winner be incorrect.
- Total prize pool value is $200 AUD.
- Prizes, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
- A draw for any unclaimed prizes may take place on 1st June 2025 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. The winner/s, if any, will be notified in writing within seven (7) days of the draw. Any winners will have their details (first initial, last name and postcode) published online at https://www.lifestylecommunities.com.au/about-lifestyle/tandcs on 1st June, 2025.
- Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
- If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
- Any cost associated with accessing the Promoter’s website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
- Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
- Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
- The Promoter collects personal information (“PI”) in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter will also use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at http://www.lifestylecommunities.com.au/privacy-policy.
- In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the property of the Promoter.

- This promotion is subject to the laws of Victoria and all entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
Lifestyle Guarantee Terms & Conditions
12-Month Satisfaction Guarantee – If you decide to leave Lifestyle Communities® within the first year, you can sell your home, and we’ll waive the Deferred Management Fee (DMF). Conditions:
- You notify us of your intention to sell your home and the share of the community infrastructure in writing within 12-months from commencement date
- You settle the sale within 21-months from commencement date and we will not charge any applicable DMF for the relevant period.
- Guarantee does not apply if you move within community or to another community operated by Lifestyle Communities.
Move with certainty – Your home is guaranteed to be ready on time. In the rare event your home is delayed, we’ll cover your storage and temporary accommodation costs.
Conditions
- Accommodation expenses will be reimbursed for the period between the settlement of the deposit holder’s previous property and the completion date of their new Lifestyle Home, up to a maximum of $7,000 subject qualification.
Westfield Fountain Gate Referral Program T&Cs
1. Program Overview: The "Refer a Friend or Loved One" program (referred to as "the Program") is organised by Lifestyle Communities® and applies at the Fountain Gate store.
2. Eligibility: The Program is open to all individuals who refer a friend or loved one to the Fountain Gate Lifestyle Communities® store. The referred individual must then make a home purchase through Lifestyle Communities® at the Fountain Gate store.
3. Reward: Upon completing a home purchase by the referred individual, the referrer will receive a $1,000 Westfield Voucher as a token of gratitude for their referral.
4. Program Duration: The Program is currently ongoing and is subject to change at the discretion of Lifestyle Communities®.
5. How to Participate: To participate in the Program, the referrer must scan the QR code, provide their details, and submit the details of the friend or loved one being referred to the Fountain Gate store and Lifestyle Communities®. Referred individuals must not be current Lifestyle Communities® customers or part of their existing contacts.
6. Redemption: The $1,000 Westfield Voucher will be given to the referrer once the referred individual settles into their new home.
7. General Terms: The Program is subject to availability and may be altered or cancelled by Lifestyle Communities® at any time. Lifestyle Communities® reserves the right to modify the Program Terms and Conditions as needed. The Westfield Voucher is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and holds no cash value.

1. Eligibility
1.1 To be eligible for a complimentary one-night stay in a one-bedroom cabin at Red Rocks Phillip Island, you must book and attend an appointment at Lifestyle Philip Island.
1.2 Participants must be 50 years of age or older to qualify for this offer.
2. Appointment Attendance
2.1 If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, you must notify your Lifestyle Consultant at Lifestyle Philip Island within 24 hours of the missed appointment.
2.2 Failure to provide notice within the specified timeframe may result in forfeiture of the free night accommodation offer.
3. Rebooking Policy
3.1 To reschedule your appointment, contact your Lifestyle Consultant directly. Efforts will be made to accommodate your rescheduling request.
3.2 Rebooking is subject to availability and is not guaranteed. The free night accommodation offer remains subject to these terms and conditions.
4. Accommodation and Additional Offers
4.1 The free night accommodation is valid for one night only in a one-bedroom cabin at Red Rocks Phillip Island.
4.2 The offer includes a $50 voucher for use at a local restaurant and a complimentary round of golf at Red Rocks Phillip Island.
4.3 Accommodation, restaurant voucher, and golf round are all subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed for any specific dates or times.
4.4 The restaurant voucher and golf round must be redeemed during your stay. No cash alternative or refund will be provided.
5. Non-Transferability and Non-Exchangeability
5.1 The free night accommodation offer, restaurant voucher, and golf round are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.
5.2 The offer is only valid for the individual who attended the appointment and meets the age requirement of 50 or older.
6. General Conditions
6.1 This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or special offers.
