The following two groups of participants are permitted to participate in this Promotion: (a) Referring Participants; and (b) Referred Participants. Each Participant must have prior permission from the other Participant to share their details (name, email and phone number) before registering for the Promotion.

Promotional period

Referrals must be registered by 30th June 2022 via our "Refer a Friend" website ( or via the Lifestyle Communities Sales Team/Community Managers.

How to participate

To participate in the Promotion, each Referring Participant: must, during the Promotional Period, (a) refer a new customer to the Promoter via our website: (, invite your friend to the community and introduce them to the Lifestyle Communities Sales Team/Community Manager or fill out the manual form (available from the Community Manager) and introduce them to the Lifestyle Sales Team/Community Manager; your Sales Consultant will make note of the Referral and enter into Lifestyle Communities referral system.

A Referred Participant must not be an existing customer of Lifestyle Communities nor an existing member of the Lifestyle Communities contacts.

Referral incentives will only be issued when the new homeowners completes their home settlement.


A payment to the value of $1000 (including GST) will be issued to the Referring participant via bank transfer to their nominated Australian registered bank account. An payment to the value of $1000 (including GST) will be issued to the Referred participant in selected Communities (refer to the Lifestyle Sales Team in your community for details). This payment will occur within 30 days of settlement of the Referred Participant's home within a participating Lifestyle Community.
