Promotional period

Referrals must be referred via the Lifestyle Communities Sales team in the Fountain Gate store (Shop 2078, Level 2, Westfield Fountain Gate, 25/55 Overland Dr, Narre Warren VIC 3805) or via the website (https://www.lifestylecommuniti...) between 1 November 2023 – 30 June 2024.

How to participate

To participate in Referral for Fountain Gate, the Referring Participant: must, during the Promotional Period, (a) refer a new customer to the Promoter via our website: (https://www.lifestylecommuniti...), and introduce them to the Lifestyle Communities® Sales Team at Fountain Gate your Sales Consultant will make note of the Referral and enter into Lifestyle Communities® referral system.

A Referred Participant must not be an existing customer of Lifestyle Communities® nor an existing member of the Lifestyle Communities® contacts.

Referral incentives will only be issued when the new homeowners complete their agreement signing & settlement.
