Lifestyle Communities® is fundamentally a community management – not a property development – business. Unlike most property developers, whose aim is to maximise profit and then move on, we are in it for the long-haul. We believe that investing in quality is the best way to ensure the long-term sustainability of our model. From our beautiful homes and Clubhouses, to the level of care that our live-in Lifestyle Managers have for their communities, the quality of what we do is something we never compromise on. Having welcomed our 6,000th homeowner, and with over 50% of our sales coming from referrals, we are delighted to say that our approach works.

We are also a sound financial investment, with our homes averaging 9% capital growth per annum.

This is achieved through building in growth areas and continually re-investing in and improving our communities. We maintain a financial stake in homes through our Deferred Management Fee, and this, along with being an ASX200 company, means we are dedicated to constantly improving value. Additionally, we are transparent and always reachable, and our mandate to be socially, morally, and ethically responsible means we have always fostered a culture of accountability in our company.

We believe it’s a privilege to walk alongside our homeowners as they take the leap to embrace a bigger, more enhanced life, and we do not underestimate the trust they put in us to help them achieve that. As Co-Founder and Managing Director, I am as passionate and active today as I was 21 years ago, knowing homeowners by name and visiting communities regularly to learn and develop the community in partnership with our homeowners. It’s this attentiveness to the human relationships that underpin our business that sets us apart, and leads our homeowners to describe Lifestyle Communities® as ‘a big family’.

Our big family, built over the last 21 years, is one we’re all extremely proud of. We’re delighted to not only offer our homeowners luxury amenities and quality homes backed by warranties, but also to see them build their dream lives. We hope this encourages them to discover a sense of community among supportive, like-minded neighbours, and to re-imagine what’s possible. It’s in our name, after all.
