Margaret is enjoying her new chapter in life at Lifestyle Chelsea Heights. Read her story below.
Life is now divided into BL and AL – life before and life since Lifestyle Communities.
I was happily settled in a new large house in a small country town when my partner died suddenly. Following his death in 2013 the biggest challenge was where to live and what kind of life would be on offer in my new home.
The vision behind Lifestyle Communities fitted my plans for a new life. My first visit to Lifestyle Chelsea Heights was a family affair. We were warmly welcomed and within a short time, I have found exactly what I wanted – my new home and the beginning of a new stage of life.
I loved the opportunity to have input into the décor of my yet-to-be-built home. My son spent a lot of time pouring over plans of the future home sites to choose one that would be “just right for mum”. The building time frame gave me sufficient time to sell my house and prepare for my transition from country to city living and knowing exactly what the settlement costs would be assisted me in pricing my house for sale.
My new home offered so much to ease the transition from a couple in a large, high maintenance property to a single homeowner in a super low-maintenance home, with gardens I could enjoy without the hard work.
I could not be happier with my new lifestyle at Lifestyle Chelsea Heights. Every day offers so much and the longer I live here the more opportunities for an exciting future become evident. Having family nearby who are able to share many of the facilities has been very important, and being able to make many new friends has enriched my life. Planning my life around the many opportunities provided by Lifestyle Chelsea Heights has ensured my days are full and my future is positive.
Moving to Lifestyle Chelsea Heights was the end of massive changes in my life and the beginning of a wonderful new chapter. I love my new life.
