Tropical mangos are sweet, delicious and healthy! They are a low calorie, high fibre fruit and are a great source of vitamins A & C.

Serves 2

Ingredients
• 1 cup pineapple juice
• 1 medium banana
• 2/3 cup frozen mango
• ½ cup of ice

Method
