Progress at our newest resort-style community, Lifestyle St Leonards - The Shores, is moving full steam ahead, and we’re thrilled to share the latest developments with you!

The Clubhouse is really starting to come together, with the exterior nearly complete. All the cladding is in place, and most of the doors and windows are installed.

We’re also making great strides with the bulk earthworks, and landscaping is set to kick off next month. In the coming weeks, we'll be diving into flooring, painting, and joinery – bringing us one step closer to completion.

We’re right on track for the Clubhouse to be ready for homeowners to enjoy later this Spring.
