Lifestyle Ridgelea Construction Update 2025

Construction is powering ahead at Lifestyle Ridgelea, with exciting milestones being reached across the community.

The pool and spa have been filled, and all flooring and tiles are laid throughout the Clubhouse. Joinery is progressing well, with most of it already installed.

Exterior works are complete, and landscaping across the grounds is well underway. The multipurpose court is ready for some action, and the outdoor cinema is ready for those summer night flicks.

Concreting is nearly complete, and garden works have commenced with our partners at Absolute Plants and Landscapes.

40 homes are finished, with another 41 under construction. Our Display Home Village is officially open so you can come and explore our beautiful designs, discover customisation options, and learn more about the Clubhouse, which remains on track to open mid-year.
