Civil Works Complete

We are pleased to announce that all roads and services are now complete!

Homes Taking Shape

We now over 60 homes currently under construction and 42 already completed and ready to move in to. Our team has been working tirelessly to deliver high-quality, beautifully designed homes that cater to the next generation of downsizer.

Growing Community

We are delighted to welcome our first 11 homeowners into the community, with more to join us over the coming months. This marks the beginning of a vibrant and exciting community, already fostering a sense of camaraderie and connection, embodying the spirit of community that Lifestyle Communities is known for.

Clubhouse Development

Another highlight is the significant progress on our stunning clubhouse. The steel structures are nearly complete on all 4 buildings, and the sustainably sourced timber cladding is being installed, adding warmth and character to the clubhouse exterior.

This will become the heart of our community, offering residents a place to gather, socialise, and engage in various activities.
