Lifestyle Meridian, in collaboration with Mondo, proudly announces the launch of Australia's largest microgrid within a land lease community. This innovative initiative is set to reduce electricity costs for homeowners, with potential savings of up to 30%.

As a pioneering move, every third home within the community will function as a node, enabling energy sharing and storage through batteries housed in the dedicated Microgrid Battery House at Lifestyle Meridian. Not only does this system offer financial relief for residents, but it also safeguards them against unpredictable rate hikes and bill shocks.

The Microgrid's Ubi Portal offers real-time monitoring of energy generation and consumption, easily accessible on screens within the Battery House and the clubhouse. Furthermore, the implementation of this state-of-the-art grid is projected to reduce carbon emissions by an impressive 600 tons annually, contributing to a greener, more sustainable environment.
