Referral Program Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion: Lifestyle Communities® Referral Rewards.

2. Promoter: Lifestyle Communities®, Suite 2.02, Level 2, 68 Clarke Street, Southbank VIC 3006.

3. Participants:

• The following two groups of participants are permitted to participate in this Promotion:

  • Referring Participants – A current deposit holder who has purchased a home at Lifestyle Communities® or homeowner that currently lives at a Lifestyle Communities®.

  • Referred Participants - A Referred Participant must not be an existing customer of Lifestyle Communities® nor an existing member of the Lifestyle Communities® contacts or database.

• Each Participant must have prior permission from the other Participant to share their details (name, email, and phone number) before registering for the Promotion. Lifestyle Communities® takes no responsibility for any participant that does not have approval.

4. Promotional Period:

• Referrals must be entered/registered with Lifestyle Communities® between 1 July 2025 – 30 June 2026.

5. How to Participate/ Eligibility:

• To participate in Referral Rewards, each Referring Participant must, during the Promotional Period above, must refer a new customer to Lifestyle Communities via the following methods:

  • Our website (https://www.lifestylecommuniti...)

  • Inviting the new customer to the community and introducing them to the Lifestyle Communities® Sales Team/Community Manager

  • Filling out the manual form (available from a team member)

  • Introducing them to the Lifestyle Sales Team/Community Manager

• The referral must then be added to our database by our Lifestyle team.

6. Incentive Payments:

• Referral Payments will be applicable for all successful referrals (where the referee has paid $5,000) from: 1 January 2024. Lifestyle Communities® reserves the right to discontinue the promotion after 31 July 2025.

• The count of referrals will be backdated from 1 January 2024.

• (a) Referrer incentive: Applies if referred into a developing & established community and is structure as follows:

  • 1st referral = $1,000

  • 2nd referral = $2,000

  • 3rd referral = $3,000

  • Every referral after the 3rd will receive $3,000

• Referrer incentive will only be issued when the new participant/ deposit holder completes their agreement signing.

  • The Referrer participant must be a settled homeowner to receive these incentives. Amounts will be accumulated and paid upon settlement.

• (b) Referee Incentive: For all referrals into a developing or established community, the referee will receive an additional $1,000 at settlement (conditions vary by community type; see below).

7. Developing Community Referrals:

• If a referral is made into a developing community (a community where the final new home has not yet been sold):

  • The referee will receive an additional $1,000 at settlement.

  • The referrer will also receive their applicable incentive as outlined in Section 6(a).

  • The buyer in a developing community purchases directly from Lifestyle Communities®, allowing incentive costs to be allocated to the project budget.

8. Established Community Referrals:

• If a referral is made into an established community (defined as a community where home construction is fully complete), the referee amount is not applicable as the seller owns their own home outright.

  • For any deposits taken on or after 1 July 2025, the referee will now also receive an additional $1,000 at settlement.

  • This incentive is funded by Lifestyle Communities® to recognise and reward advocacy across all communities.

  • Any deposits taken prior to 1 July 2025 will not be eligible for this updated incentive and will remain under the previous program terms.

  • Eligible referees who have already settled and qualify for the updated incentive will be back paid in line with the revised program terms.

  • The referrer continues to receive their applicable incentive as per Section 6(a).

Trade Referrals (Effective from 1 January 2024):

• Lifestyle Communities® supports referrals made by tradespeople and contractors who have contributed to the build or maintenance of our communities.

• Referring Participant: Must be an individual or business entity that has engaged in a professional capacity with Lifestyle Communities® (e.g., builder, contractor, tradesperson, supplier, etc.).

• Referred Participant: Must be a new customer who is not an existing deposit holder, homeowner, or contact in the Lifestyle Communities® database.

• The referring trade participant must register the referral via:

  • The Lifestyle Communities® website (https://www.lifestylecommuniti...), or

  • By notifying a Lifestyle Communities® Sales Team member or Community Manager directly.

• The referred individual must go on to sign and pay their $5,000 deposit on a new home at Lifestyle Communities®.

• Once verified, the referring trade participant will receive a $1,000 referral incentive. Incentives will be paid upon settlement of the referred participant's home.

• Trade referrals are not eligible for the tiered Referral Rewards Program or homeowner-exclusive incentives (i.e., they do not count toward the 2, 3, or more homeowner recognition levels).

• Trade referrals are not eligible for the annual Referral Event.

• Trade referral incentives may be issued to the referring individual or their business entity, subject to completion of a valid payment form and verification of business details.

• Lifestyle Communities® reserves the right to verify the referrer’s trade involvement and decline ineligible or unverified claims.
