Discover our communities
Use our community map to discover locations across Victoria
Some homes at Lifestyle Communities have been lived in by a previous owner meaning that you would be purchasing from a vendor. This changes the process slightly, but we'll be on hand to support throughout.
If you are purchasing in a newer community, you will be purchasing direct from Lifestyle Communities. Click on the link below to understand that process.
Arrange a viewing of your desired home with one of our friendly Lifestyle Consultants or an external real estate agent, who will also give you a tour of the community and take the time to understand your needs.
Each community is unique, so you might not find the right one straight away — but if you’re after something different, we can help guide you to a community that suits your way to live.
90-minute appointment
Your first visit will take about 90 minutes. We'll use this time to get to know you and what you're looking for, tour the Clubhouse and available homes. This gives us plenty of time to cover the basics.
Personalised appointments
One size does not fit all when it comes to downsizing. That's why we personalise each appointment based on your needs.
Visit us many times as you want
Downsizing is a big decision and we know you need time to compare options. Visit as many times as you need to make the right decision for you.
You don't need to prepare anything prior to your appointment, but if you would like to, we recommend completing the following steps.Â
You'll be able to contact your Lifestyle Consultant or agent before your viewing. You can share what you'd like to discuss and see around the community.
You've likely got lots of questions. You can write these down and bring them along. Don't worry if you forget something, we will always call you after your visit to check in.
The right community for you might not be the first you visit. We recommend looking at a few communities you'd like to compare.
When you’re ready to buy at Lifestyle Communities you will follow the steps below, with no more to pay until settlement day.
Secure your spot
When you find the home you’d like to buy, you can make an offer to the vendor that includes your proposed purchase price and settlement terms. You may wish to seek legal or financial advice.
Offer and acceptance
Once your offer is accepted, a non-refundable $2k deposit is payable to secure your home. At this stage, you’ll also receive draft copies of your Home Purchase Agreement and Residential Site Agreement to review before signing.
Sign your agreement
When you’re ready to proceed, we’ll provide your official Home Purchase Agreement and Residential Site Agreement for signing. At this stage, you’ll pay a further $3k, bringing your total deposit to $5k.
Get ready to sell your home
You’ll have plenty of time to sell your home, and we’ll be here to support you every step of the way.
