Lifestyle Communities was born of the desire to unlock affordable living for Victorians over 50.  In 2003, we saw a chance to improve traditional retirement living. It felt old-fashioned and uninspiring. We believed there was a better way for people who are still active, independent, and excited about the next stage of their lives.

Since then, we’ve been focused on creating a space where homeowners – a group of like-minded retired, semi-retired and working downsizers– can find connection, security and peace to live life on their own terms.  

What started over 22 years ago in Melton, has now turned into 25 beautiful communities dotted around Victoria, housing over 5,800+ homeowners.
