What are the Site Fees?

As part of the land lease model, Lifestyle Communities charges a Site Fee (i.e. rent) to homeowners.

Understanding the Site Fee

Typically, when living outside Lifestyle Communities, you may have many smaller costs to account for, such as a gym membership, sports club memberships, pool access, cinema visits, gardening maintenance and more. You might even have your own pool that is expensive and time consuming to maintain. While individually, these costs might seem small, roll them up and they’re eating into your monthly expenses.

In return for your Site Fee, you will have access to all these facilities, maintained for you by Lifestyle Communities.

Plus, if you’re eligible for the Age Pension or other eligible government payments, you may be entitled to Rent Assistance through the Federal Government to help support this recurring cost.

What is included?

At Lifestyle Communities, you can enjoy all the fun and none of the fuss. Jump in the pool or spa, get active in the gym or spend the day cosied up in the lounge with a good book. It's all about living life on your own terms.
