Lifestyle Meridian: Development Updates
The entire Lifestyle team and our amazing construction partners are extremely excited about the progress of our newest community at Lifestyle Meridian.
Homes
Here at Lifestyle Meridian your homes are well underway, we have 73 homes completed and 145 homes are already under construction.
There will be 21 homes commencing construction in December and another 12 homes commencing construction in January.
We are excited to say we are on track for all our settlement dates.
Clubhouse
The clubhouse is nearing completion with our opening date scheduled for April.
The landscaping is in progress and the brickwork and steel are nearly finished.
With the roof due to go on any day now, we will have all the services completed to prior to Christmas.
Amenities
To keep our current homeowners busy this Christmas we will deliver the croquet court and pizza oven before Christmas. The maker’s studio is due for completion mid 2023 and it will comprise of a car wash, dog wash and brewery.
