Our construction team is making fantastic progress on-site, and we're thrilled to see everything coming together.

The first house frames are up - a few homes even have roofs now! Home orders 1 and 2 are underway, and home order 3 is following closely behind.

Since construction of the Clubhouse began in June 2024, we've installed the screwpiles and the pool is starting to take shape - sneak peek below.

There’s still plenty of progress to come, and we look forward to sharing another exciting update in a few months.
