Construction Update at Lifestyle Riverfield - February 2024

Since our last update in November, we have had some very exciting construction happen on our Lifestyle Riverfield site. Our committed team has been diligently working to guarantee a seamless and top-notch result for Lifestyle Riverfield.

We’re currently building the clubhouse, which comprises three separate buildings. The concrete slab has been laid down for all three buildings, with steel framing completed on two. With all the steel going up, seeing the actual size and shape come to life is impressive!

We currently have 54 homes being built, with 60 already completed. We are so happy to announce that all our homes come with a 10-year structural warranty, ensuring a beautiful home and peace of mind.
