Construction Update at Lifestyle Phillip Island - December 2023

Closing out the year on a high note, we're thrilled to bring you another construction update from Lifestyle Phillip Island!

Todd Devine Homes is making impressive strides with 56 homes currently under construction, showcasing great progress in tiling, painting, fencing, driveways and kitchen.

The fabulous clubhouse, being built by Aspect Construction Group, is starting to take shape with all screw piles installed.

Stage 3 civil works are nearing completion, while stage 4's final earthworks are in full swing.

The main entrance is beginning to materialise, with the entrance wall construction complete, and signage and gates set to follow soon.

It’s all coming together, and we hope you’re just as excited as we are!

In January 2024, buggy site tours will kick off, offering you the chance to witness the progress firsthand.
