When it comes to choosing a new home at Lifestyle Communities, one of the first decisions you’ll make is your interior style. With two options, either Classic or Premium, it’s less about right or wrong, instead about what feels right for you.
Here’s a closer look at what sets each design apart, and how to choose which one might be right for you.
No matter which option you choose, all Lifestyle Communities homes are designed with low-maintenance living in mind. Both Classic and Premium homes come with Bosch appliances as standard, setting a strong foundation from the moment you step inside.
From there, the choice is all about finishes and features.
The Classic style is a popular choice for homeowners who value simplicity and flexibility.

In the kitchen, Classic homes feature:
High-quality laminate benchtops available in a range of colour options
A subway tile splashback for a crisp, understated finish
An overmount sink
A walk-in pantry with built-in shelving
In the bathrooms, ensuites and powder rooms Classic homes include laminate benchtops and subway tiling, a durable option without the price tag.

In some designs, the ensuite features:
A single over-the-counter basin
A large mirrored shaving cabinet
A semi-frameless shower
Storage is also sorted. Walk-in robes in the Classic style include single hanging rails and overhead shelving, giving you easy organisation.
If you’re looking for built-in detail, the Premium style offers a step up in finishes and features.

In the kitchen, Premium homes allow you to choose from several stone options for both benchtops and splashbacks. The island bench becomes a real focal point, finished with a 40mm thick stone benchtop and waterfall ends.
Additional Premium kitchen features may include:
An undermount sink
LED strip lighting
Feature downlights over the island
Built-in cabinetry in the walk-in pantry, complete with a stone benchtop
You may also find inbuilt bench seats or study nooks with shelving and LED lighting which are ideal if you like having a dedicated spot for working from home or getting on top of life admin.
Another difference in the Premium style is window treatments. Alongside block-out blinds, Premium homes can include sunscreen roller blinds, giving you guaranteed privacy.

In bathrooms and ensuites, the Premium style may include:
Stone benchtops
Undermount basins
LED strip lighting beneath mirrored shaving cabinets
A heated towel rail
Frameless or walk in showers
Inbuilt cabinetry and drawers, offering a more tailored storage solution
Choosing between Classic and Premium comes down to how you want your home to work for you. If you value a clean, timeless design with flexibility in finishes, Classic may be the right choice. If you’re drawn to stone finishes, premium features and extra design details, Premium could be a better fit. Both styles share the same commitment to low-maintenance living. It’s just up to your personal preference.
