Meet our landscaping and garden maintenance partner, APL

With a focus on attention to detail and customer satisfaction, David Absalom created Absolute Plants and Landscapes (APL) in 2003.

The business has evolved over time and is now focused on delivering high quality landscaping to a range of domestic and commercial developers.

APL first joined with Lifestyle Communities® in 2013, initially with a focus on maintaining the gardens of a small number of communities. With their demonstrable commitment to outstanding service delivery and quality, their scope was soon expanded to five communities and they have since continued to take on additional communities as the business expands across Victoria.

A team of over 30 Full-time staff now work across our Lifestyle Communities® sites, maintaining the landscaping to the highest standards with regular upkeep and re-planting works throughout the year.

With an intimate knowledge and understanding of the needs of our homeowners and the wider offering at each Lifestyle Community, APL became responsible for also planning, constructing and managing the architectural landscapes of all new communities across Melbourne. With an additional 15 team members dedicated to landscape design and delivery, they help to ensure that Lifestyle Communities® homeowners and visitors delight in the presentation of each and every community.
