Since joining with Lifestyle Communities® in 2008 at our community in Warragul and with a focus on building high quality, low maintenance homes, Todd Devine Homes have now built over 1,800 homes for our delighted homeowners.
With Todd Devine at the helm as Managing Director, the business benefits from over 30 years’ experience in the building industry. Todd’s vision to use his own name for the company was simply borne of a desire to stand by everything the company builds.
As a member of the Housing Industry Association Ltd (HIA) for over 20 years, along with his qualified and dedicated team of Supervisors, Assistant Supervisors and Construction Managers, Todd’s knowledge and experience in the building industry ensures a quality product each and every time. In his own words:
