Construction update at Lifestyle St Leonards The Shores – November 2023

There's been a whirlwind of activity since our last update at Lifestyle St Leonards The Shores. Here's what's the team has been up to since kick-off:

Civil works

90% of the services have been complete. Roads are currently being prepared to allow for the staged handover to our builder, Todd Devine Homes.

Homes

The first 12 homes have been set out and are ready for construction to commence.

Clubhouse

Consultants have been appointed to design the multi-million dollar Clubhouse, with plans expected to be completed in early 2024.

Walkway

We've mapped out the footpath connecting Lifestyle St Leonards The Waves with The Shores, and pretty soon, landscaping will follow.

Customisation Hub

Our brand-spanking-new Customization Hub is officially open. The Hub is where the magic happens – where your new home will take shape, and where one of the most exciting part of your downsizing journey awaits.
