Creating gardens to live in and not just to look at is an important mantra for the design team behind the exquisite landscape planning at Lifestyle St Leonards.
The work of Fiona Brockhoff and Nicky Pitkanen of Fiona Brockhoff Design is known for its simplicity and beauty.
This philosophy will progressively come to life in St Leonards, showcasing bird attracting greenery as well as the distinctly Australian Banksia and Allocasuarina.
“Our inspiration for Lifestyle St Leonards came from the coastal landscape of the Bellarine Peninsula, Mornington Peninsula and the forest of the Otways,” Fiona says.
The team have planned several themed areas throughout the community, including a dramatic coastal entrance, a beautiful outdoor courtyard and a forest walk just meant for contemplation.
Imagine leaving the luxury Clubhouse after a swim or gym session through a welcoming courtyard along a dreamy, dappled forest walk to your own front door.
Describing this vision, Nicky says, “We’re trying to create a garden for people to live in, not just to look at, though it will be beautiful. This is a space for people to inhabit and enjoy.”
This liveability and attention to detail is exactly what Lifestyle St Leonards offers. Let the landscape draw you in so you can start to see what living your best life looks like.
