Becoming a Resident

Becoming a resident is a simple four-step process. We aim to make it stress-free, just like your new life at Lifestyle Communities. This will leave you free to focus on choosing your home and its location within the village.

Step 1

Working closely with a sales consultant, you select the home and location that best suits your needs. You pay a fully-refundable holding deposit of $500 to secure this choice. This gives you an exclusive option for 14 days.

Step 2

Submit an Offer to Purchase and pay a further $500 to receive your detailed plans and site elevations. This is your $1000 non-refundable deposit. We will also arrange for you to meet the Village manager who will explain how life in your new community operates. At this time you should also place your existing house on the market.

Step 3

Choose from an extensive list of options. Pay your final non-refundable deposit of $4000 (bringing your total deposit to $5000). Let us know the settlement date when you sell your existing house (make sure it's at least 90 days away). Your new home will be ready to move into.

Step 4

Move in on Settlement day, pay the outstanding balance and start living the life you've always dreamed of.
