May 2007

The directors and shareholders of Australian stock exchange-listed company Namberry Limited vote to approve the acquisition of the Lifestyle Communities Group of companies, change the nature of business and change its name to Lifestyle Communities Limited.

March 2007

Lifestyle Communities commences registration of interest in its second master planned over 50’s community, Warragul Lifestyle Village, in Melbourne’s rapidly expanding eastern growth corridor. The $30 million village, due for completion in 2011, will feature approximately 200 homes, a purpose-built clubhouse and extensive lifestyle facilities.

November 2006

The directors of Namberry Limited announce the company has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to acquire the Lifestyle Communities Group of companies who develop and operate residential villages Over 50s villages.

Mid 2006

Lifestyle Communities exchanges contracts for the purchase of two development sites. One is in Shepparton, 2 hours north-east of Melbourne and the other in the western Melbourne suburb of Tarneit.

February 2005

ASX listed telecommunications company Pracom announces that it has completed a Business Sale Agreement with Service Stream Limited, a listed company on the Australian Stock Exchange. Service Stream has acquired all operating businesses and certain assets and liabilities, which will leave Pracom Limited with positive net assets mainly in cash and allow Pracom to pursue opportunities to maximise shareholder value in the future. As part of the transaction, the company changes its name to Namberry Limited.

August 2004

Lifestyle Communities begins construction on its first project, Brookfield Village, in Melton, Victoria. The $35 million purpose-built residential community is designed to cater to the lifestyle needs of those aged 50 and over.

2003

Former Pracom executives and shareholders Bruce Carter and Dael Perlov join with former Dennis Family Corporation CEO James Kelly to form Lifestyle Communities Pty Ltd. The company will develop residential communities targeting Over 50s in Victoria.
